Overview

The musical show “Diana - The People's Princess” will arrive on stage in 2026. Reserve your ticket and come see and enjoy this story that continues to evoke admiration, controversy, and emotion around the world.

Adapted  and directed by Tadeu Aguiar, the production is by Estamos Aqui Produções, known  for award-winning successes such as “Almost Normal”, “The Color Purple” and “Dear Evan Hansen”, and  is scheduled to premiere on February 27th at the Teatro Multiplan,  located in the VillageMall Shopping Center in Rio de Janeiro. This non-replica version  promises a unique perspective on the story of the woman who conquered the world – without  sacrificing the sophistication, essence, and emotional impact of this true story.

In this new production, the show proposes nuances closer to the emotional reality  of the princess, addressing her humanity, complexity, and strength. The princess who  revolutionized the monarchy, transformed pain into voice and empathy into legacy, now gains  body and soul in a version that bets on emotion and scenic grandeur, under the  guidance of a sharp creative team.

With musical direction by Thalyson Rodrigues, the Brazilian production features  set design by Natália Lana, costumes by Ney Madeira & Dani Vidal, choreography by  Sueli Guerra, makeup by Anderson Bueno, production coordination by Norma  Thiré, and general production by Eduardo Bakr.
